Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

If you engage our team for any IT services such as app development, deployment, or technical support, you also agree to the applicable service terms outlined below. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

We provide various IT and digital services including, but not limited to, web and mobile app development, UI/UX design, domain and server setup, cloud deployment, ongoing maintenance, and third-party API integrations.

3. Client Responsibilities

• Provide clear requirements and necessary resources for the project
• Review and approve deliverables in a timely manner
• Ensure timely payment as per agreed milestones
• Respect our intellectual property rights and service boundaries

4. Intellectual Property

All code, designs, and materials created during the project remain our property until full payment is received. After full settlement, ownership will be transferred as per the agreement.

5. Payment Terms

Payments must be made according to the mutually agreed milestones. Late payments may result in delays or temporary suspension of service.

6. Deployment and Hosting

We assist with deployment on hosting platforms (e.g., AWS, Vercel, Netlify). However, clients are responsible for ongoing hosting charges and domain renewals unless covered under a separate maintenance contract.

7. Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of your business data and ideas. Any sensitive information shared will not be disclosed to third parties without consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages, including data loss, business interruption, or losses due to third-party services or hosting platforms.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with prior notice. Upon termination, all pending dues must be cleared and all deliverables up to the point of termination will be handed over.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Alwar(Rajasthan).
